Q) Do you have ready-built systems?
A) Yes. Through our affiliations
with some of the country's best known names we provide ready made and customized
systems. Dell Canada, TigerDirect, NCIX and others ensure quality is consistent
to all our customers.
Q) If we purchase systems from someone other than through IT
Responders, will you provide set-up?
A) We believe that you've made
the right decision in your purchase whether it's through our company or others.
Allow us to come down and carefully
assemble your package for you for a nominal fee.

What are your consulting fees?
A)
I.T. Responders is paid directly
by the service providers. We do not charge customers a consulting fee.
Q) What is the method of payment required
by your service providers?
A) In order to keep all costs competitive,
payments are made by:
- Certified Cheque
- Money Order
- Cash
- PayPal (For services directly through IT Responders - ask for details)
** Some of our service providers do accept major
credit cards
Q) When is payment due?
A) Some service providers may require a
deposit prior to work commencing, while some may require full payment to bring
down costs further when dealing with their respective suppliers.
Q) Do you have access to software titles as well?
A) Absolutely. In fact we have access
to wholesale pricing for personal, business and even educational licenses.
Q) Are you looking at putting out a
newsletter at some point?
A) July 2004 saw the birth of
REBOOT.
Our monthly newsletter focusing on Information Technology for everyone. We
believe that such a newsletter should keep the "Tech Talk Simple"
Q) Will you have other options available
for payment in the future?
A) Aside from the payments listed
above, some service providers may accept credit cards and other forms of
payments.
Q) Can you provide in-home service?
A) For the most part we prefer to
pick-up your system, which in most cases is the Tower that houses your computer
components. This way, we have access to all the tools and software at our shops.
However, we have found most concerns can be taken care of on the spot and in
your place of work or home.
